Professionally, Mr. Reyes has more than a decade of experience as a business development executive in the Central Texas corridor. Mr. Reyes has led the business development efforts of a National Program Management company, international design firm and a regional construction company. He has been instrumental in positioning these organizations to understand the needs of the public and private entities where they sought business opportunities. Mr. Reyes has a proven track record of creating a beneficial relationship between the companies he has worked for and public and private sectors they worked in. This is demonstrated by the construction management, engineering and general contracting services that were preformed on the projects he has been involved with. He possesses extensive knowledge in developing and implementing strategies to help owner’s projects in all stages of the project development cycle. Mr. Reyes has strong organizational and networking skills, and is committed to coordinating team and individual project performance. These qualities allow him to draw upon the resource of his experience to seek and find the necessary tools that keep owners projects successfully moving forward.

Civically, Mr. Reyes serves his community as an elected official as a Trustee of the Pflugerville Independent School District. He also serves as a board member of Pflugerville ISD Education Foundation. Mr. Reyes is the current President of the Austin Community College Center for Public Policy & Political Studies.
Mr. Reyes received his Associate in Liberal Arts, 1995 San Antonio College, San Antonio, Texas and his Bachelor of Arts, 1999 University of Texas, San Antonio, Texas.
Mr. Reyes resides in Pflugerville with his wife Karen and their two young children. He enjoys coaching youth soccer. Rob and Karen are active members of their local parish and support the works of ACTS Missions.
